Refund policy
At Ayurvedic Sutra, our goal is to provide you with exceptional products and a stress free shipping experience. We understand the importance of your satisfaction and have established the following refund policy to address your concerns.
Refund Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products as consumables, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. All sales are final.
We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged as examined and determined by our quality control team. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your package. Refunds will be only in the form of Ayurvedic Sutra e-vouchers which can be redeemed for any product in the future with a validity of 1 month.
All refund and exchange queries will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by the customer service team. We would urge you to share images and videos for reference during this process. Make an unboxing video to have our team assist you better in case of refunds.
It must be ensured that the item is unused and is in mint condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
E-vouchers (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your e-voucher generation request. The timeline for the e-voucher generation is 48 hours after receipt of the product at our warehouse.
In case you are purchased from 3rd party or any other e-commerce portal, then you need to connect with that portal customer care itself
Please note, Ayurvedic Sutra Team will never ask you to disclose or share your personal information such as your Passwords, OTP or credit card or debit card details through WhatsApp. Please do not respond to any message on WhatsApp that asks you for such information.
